Andera Partners emerged from a strategic transition: the separation from Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners in order to gain independence and affirm a more entrepreneurial model.
The branding challenge was to build a new identity capable of expressing this shift—asserting autonomy and agility while preserving credibility, rigor, and long-term vision.
The identity concept, Scale of change / Change of scale, reflects this dual movement: a change in posture and mindset, paired with the ability to support growth, ambition, and transformation over time.
